2. Check the brake chamber

Check whether the brake cylinder pushrod moves flexibly when the brake is working, whether it is within the specified stroke (standard working stroke is 30~35mm), if the stroke exceeds 50mm, it should be adjusted.

In the braking state, check the container trailer of the brake air chamber for air leakage, apply soapy water to the clamp, and check for air leakage. If there is air leakage, tighten the clamp clamping nut with a tightening torque of 30N.m. Check the front vent hole for air leakage. If it leaks, replaces the rubber diaphragm. Check for cracks and damage on the outside, and replace the entire brake chamber if necessary.

3. Adjustment of the brake

Operate the brake chamber, check the working status of the brake adjustment arm, and check whether the stroke of the push rod is normal.
